This is an all levels yoga class appropriate for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Instructors will give lots of ways to make poses appropriate for all! Please bring your own yoga mat or towel/blanket. The class is donation based, pay as you can. Class will be guided by E-RYT 500~Kristine Mast and YT 200~Fred Meston. However, based on the current guidance for live events provided by state officials, the continued uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, and the present level of active COVID-19 cases in Michigan, the Michigan Irish Music Festival board of directors have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 festival.
