It sleeps 11 easily as I have 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, Two Queens, one Full and one room being a children’s room with a twin and a bunk bed. Also I have two kitchens and two bathrooms as there is a 1 bedroom apt. downstairs, but it is all rented together. There is a door separating them, but it that is just for privacy as it is all together. Also there is a laundry room paved patio with picnic table and combination gas/charcoal grill. In the back yard I have a fire pit and a table and chairs as well as a nice deck with furniture as you can see in the pic.
