Online Cooking Class Sourdough Bread -Traditional or Gluten Free: Hosted by Art of Cookery – Cooking School

 

Learn techniques from Chef Valerie Hanson for making this old-world artisan bread easily and without commercial yeast and very few ingredients….and get this….very little hands-on time!
Repeat this at home and be a hero to your friends and guests. This is a follow-up to Sourdough Starter session. If you didn’t attend that starter session, no worries, call Chef Valerie to schedule a starter session right before this one. Understand how it can be baked on a stone, in a pan, even in a dutch oven! This class can be booked by gluten free and traditional bread lovers. Be sure to state which at registration. We can do both at the same time (different work stations)
This is a truly delicious and versitile bread…to be proud of!

$20 pp
This will be done through a series of email communications/directions and short video calls and culminate via a final one at noon on April 1st. We will go through the full process together. Be sure to provide a valid email address and check it daily.
