EZ Defense for Women is a 1.5 hour workshop on personal protection, designed especially for the needs of women. You will learn simple strategies and tactics to avoid a dangerous confrontation and also simple self-defense techniques if you absolutely need them.
1 in 4 women are attacked in their lifetime. You do not need to be a victim! You do not need to live in fear!

Join 8th Degree Black Belt, Tom Twinning, in this critical training. Tom comes to us with over 50 years of experience in martial arts and is excited to bring this program to his community.

• Simple techniques that will devastate an attacker (85% of the class is hands on training.)
